So everyones been recapping the last year...well i think now its time to think of the year to come. Surprisingly i found that my goals this year are dramatically different from the ones i applied last year. Gone are the unrealistic dreams of achieving perfect health. Such as the "i'll join the gym, i'll run more, etc etc etc". I've narrowed it down simply to:

"I'm going to be good to myself" - i think its all encompassing don't you think?

I just want to make myself happier this year. Whether it means eating more of the foods i love...making an effort to see my friends more even if it means sacraficing time and sleep to do it...so be it. Lifes just too short to be making restrictions!

From past experience, i've found that the more constraints you put on yourself, the more likely you are to break them. Don't limit yourself and the rest will come naturally...as awkward as that sounds! :)

I suspect that this year will be a year of quite a few changes...who knows..it could be good...it could be bad. Either way, get ready for another year of challenges!
