A year older and in many respects still none the wiser...

1. Am i anymore independent than i was a year ago?
To be honest, i think i'm less so now. If my parents weren't around to take care of matters while i was at work, i wouldn't be having the leisurely life i'm living now.

2. Committments?
Just as scared as before. Not sure i have the capacity to look after anyone let alone myself. I dont think i'm ready yet...but only time and experience can be the answer to that one.

3. Financial stability
Even less so now. Car repayments are draining on the budget. Virtually have no savings what-so-ever!

Based on these 3 points, i think i'm going backwards...*sigh

i think you've learnt more than you know.

lookin back on where you were last year and where you are this year. its a world of difference.

you're in the working world, you are more true to yourself in terms of what you want, you're working towards becoming more independent (e.g. buying a car) and because of that, you're learning how to better manage your money. all things that you didn't have to face last year...

so don't give up. you're doing fine!
