My life of late, has been in one word been "blah". Nothing real exciting has happened other than watching work slowly consumate my life. But as of this week, i'm reclaiming it back!

Were experiencing a "quiet" period. So for once, i can leave work on time and do the little things i've been meaning to do for ages. First things first..and thats is catching up with everyone i've left behind when work started to rear its ugly head.

I'm still in the beginning stages so please don't ask more of me than i am able to give. I'm still working on this work, life, balance concept.

Unfortunately the long weekend wont give me much opportunities to catch up with everyone cos i'm taking my car on her maiden voyage to the Hunter Valley! I'm pretty excited! I havent been away since february...which is quite unusual considering we use to go away every break! Would anyone like to volunteer to organise the next one? ...which is in October... so plenty of time to organise right? ;)

In the meantime, i need to start saving because i'm taking a week off in July to go to Melbourne and then onto Great Ocean Rd. I never realised how broke one can get just from getting a car. I mean, i've been warned...but all the repayments and petrol/servicing costs...it really is a debt! But i still love having the freedom to go whenever and wherever i want...and not having to tell my parents when the car will be back etc.!

Anyways, this is a blog about nothing really. Coz even though it hasnt been exciting and i havent seen my friends...i've accepted that this is life.
