Was having a late night discussion with Ian last night... and we noticed a few things:

Why is it that heaps of couples tend to couple up in Spring?
Why is it that not many couples couple up in winter?

I came to the conclusion that the environment surrounding us has a great impact on our emotions. Whether it be to attracting someone or just our relationships with people. Dare i say relationships tend to be more stable in the warmer weather...mainly cause were more relaxed and happy?

I think Spring relationships occur because were leave our hibernation and spend more time with other people outdoors and were more enticed to 'go out' and try new things.

In addition, i also think during the winter months are the times we tend to build relationships indirectly. So talking on the phone...the passing of emails. Anything to occupy time, yet still constrained within our warm nests. Hence when spring comes, we WANT to have someone to take out and go places with.

Least thats my thoughts. Agree? Disagree?
