I think its about time i blogged again.

I've been having really some really deep conversations about life lately with people around me. I think i've learnt alot in the last week or so. I've learnt about the sciences behind attraction and the human instinct to pass on genes. If you haven't already heard me talk about this, i'll fill you in another time. Its quite interesting, although i must warn everyone, if you believed in destiny, fate and finding true love you won't much after this. However, love-at-first-sight will certainly hit home. It made me lose that image love and the miracles of it. Its quick factual and cold... but i think theres some truth behind it. Thanks for enlightening me Ian!

Theres been alot of reflection on my behalf this week. I've realised that being a good friend is hard work... theres alot of sacrafice and time invested into it...but its also the most rewarding of all. Its good to feel needed and know that you are 'relied upon', despite the pressure to deliver...(not sure if you call it pressure... but expectations?)

Anyways, in other news... i got tickets to Lion King last week. We got 2nd row! I'm really happy with that. I've been sitting tight and waiting for good tickets to come out...and all that waiting has finally pulled off. Its not til july.. but least i have something to look forward to every month.

Next month (June), will be the JT concert. I'm really excited. My last concert was Boys II Men (like nel), only except i saw them in year 10 - so thats 1998! So this will be tops! I cant wait!

So my weekend you ask? Saturday i pretty much slept in til 1pm! Sleep is a beautiful gift. I really dont get enough of it. Afterwards i headed to Will's house and bummed til dinner time...where we had dinner with his in-laws. Its was a good meal...lots of seafood! Following that we went to Thao's house with Ian and watched Shrek 2. Everyone watch it when it comes out. Its quite good. I cant remember shrek 1 so i cant say if its better than it or not. But its still worth the watch.

Sunday - went to play bball with Will, Thao, halynh, Ian and Mel. It was quite an even game despite team rotations. I guess we all suck. No correction: i suck! :)

I was on the bus after lunch and i saw a girl standing on the side of the road crying really badly whilst talking on the phone. My mind thought about what could be making her cry and how something that could change someones world around in a moment... is a different moment in mine. I wanted to help her...console her... but most of all i felt helpless - not knowing what could make a girl cry in public like that.

Secondly, i realised... a room a desk.. anywhere you inhibit space.. it defines our personality. I look at my desk and then my room and realise... this is who i am.
