Happy Birthday Eric(for yesterday). Let's update on the last few days. Tuesday night, Mindy and David came over pretty much at the same time. David came by to pick up the massage voucher i got him for his birthday. And Mindy came over to help me bake a banana cake. Good thing david was over... his hospitality skills certainly came in handy. After many cooking dilemmas, we finally produced a decent looking cake. We did our best to cover everything with icing and walnuts! The icing managed to set despite us applying it on a steaming hot cake. ahah.

After the cake was done, we went to surprise Eric with it. You have no idea the effort mindy went into to discretely get his address. All i remember was him living on a *certain* street. We didnt know the street number. Thank goodness, eric revealed it on his own accord. It was surprising how close Eric lives to me... although it seemed really far because we ended up in Eastern Creek and not Fairfield. LOL. I'm the worst navigator in the entire WORLD!

So, we got to the front of Eric's house and surprised him. I think he was very surprised! It was a fun night. I finally got photos from our trip to asia and we spent the majority of the night reminscing and replaying videos. What a great trip it was... i wanna go back. Eric took some great shots btw... and some not so great ones too! ahaha.

So, i ended up getting home at around 2am... thanks for driving mindy!

Almost slept in... which would have been bad because i had a massage appointment to keep at the Observatory Hotel Day Spa. After dragging myself repeatedly out of bed, i managed to get to the city by 11.30. Once there though, i had to navigate my way to the hotel... i had no idea where it was. Thank goodness the address was on the gift voucher.

Surprisingly i got there without a hitch. Although it was further than i expected. It's like right near the harbour bridge. I should have got off at Circular Quay rather than Wynyard. Ah wellz... i think it was worth the exercise. I got there just before 12 and my appointment was at 12.15. So i managed to get a quick dip in the underground pool and spa before heading into my massage.

The massage was only 30mins long... but god... was it a good 30mins. Time seemed to pass soo quickly! After the massage, i headed to the gym and killed myself on all the equipment. Lets just say i'm feeling it today. All gym-med out, i headed back to the pool to relax in the pool, steam room and spa. Bliss i tell you!

Last night Will and i calculated that i had about 6 showers in total. My poor skin. I'll be needing some intense moisture therapy tonight. So all in all... i spent 3 hours there in total. When i walked out i felt like i was walking on clouds. I think it was worth doing the experience on my own. It gives me a more chance to relax... cause i didnt have to talk to anyone.. i could just let my mind be free..

After the day spa, i met up with Mamo and we did a little shopping then met up with Mindy, Eric and Ken for Eric's birthday dinner. We met up with his other friends at Establishment where Lowell decided to "drop-in" and meet the Erics. Some indecisive-ness an hr or so later we ended up at Matuko? or something like that. It's a japanese restaurant near Raddison Hotel. The food was pretty good. We had sushi galore. I'm loving raw salmon at the moment. Maybe i'll have sushi for lunch again.

Dinner in itself was quite amusing. I got a chance to experience life with Eric and his friends. I did managed to hear some interesting history... and the same humour present in the boys. Eric2 was making some very dirrrrrrrty jokes... and john lau went psycho with some raw eel/fish. It was quite disgusting.. i think the waitresses had never experienced such *strange* ppl in their restaurant. I saw it in their eyes! ahah.... or maybe i'm just influenced by my own feelings! haha

Eric and i were the only ones to catch the train home in the end. Surprisingly, i didnt have to wait too long for my train. Got home by 11pm... and slept at 1am.

So i'm very buggered.. and hence this blog may make NO SENSE at all. *shrugs* Too tired to care... maybe i dont have the energy to shop 2nite *shock horror*..........
