What a week it has been.

Yesterday
I woke up a little earlier than usual..because Mamo and i were meeting to go shopping. I waited for a damn bus to come.. it was supposed to come at 1.20pm.. but it didnt come til 1.40pm almost. Far out... bus drivers these days!

To make it worse, because i didnt have a concession pass.. he wanted to charge me $3.60 to get on the friggin bus! He wouldnt accept my normal student card. Thats what i've been using most of the time. I even told him.. i'll get a concession pass from uni later..cos this was the first week of uni..and he refused! It normally costs me $1.20 (which should be half-fare) but then after all that.. he wanted to charge me $3.60! Which is 3x the normal fare i'm meant to pay anyways! Trying to rort me i reckon! d**khead!

In the end, i said "dont worry i'll take the train instead. That'll only cost me $0.90". and u know what he said? "You do that!". Urgh! Stupid bus driver!

So my day didnt get to such a good start after all!

Ended up walking to the train station.. which is what i should have done in the 1st place..rather than waiting for the friggin bus! I was a bit late.. so poor Mamo. When i got to B... my sis rang me. She wanted to go shopping with me cos she didnt have any money and she wanted to leech off me. So after shopping with Mamo for a bit..i eventually got a call saying "Minh, come to sportsgirl. I wanna buy a top there".

Like i had much of a choice after that. She actually rang my mum.. who said for me to pay for it! The things i do for that girl!

Right afterwards, Mamo and i caught the train to Central and went to market city so i could get my jelly ball drink. I got a lemonade with pearl. It turned out to be green tea with lemon and jelly balls. Not the best thing i've ever had. I've decided i dont like the balls. I prefer ice! This recount is funny cos i read Sarahs site and she kinda had the same problem with the tea thing! haha.

We dropped by the markets for a bit and then started up towards Wynyard so Mamo could meet Julia after work. On the way there, we thought we'd drop by the Vodafone store on george st. to see if Mamo's phone was in stock..and low and behold.. they had it!! Just when we didnt expect them to either.. so Mamo had to ring Julia to tell her we'd be late.

After sorting out Mamos upgrade... we walked quickly to meet Julia up on York St. Gosh that was far from where we were! Still..i had lots of exercise. Met up with Julia and just went window shopping round at Pitt St Mall.

Had a lecture at 7.30pm. It was the best lecture and subject i've ever been to. It was a small grp and the lecturers seem nice and interesting ppl. Theres 4 assignments in all.. with NO exam plus the assigns actually seem rather manageable and actually FUN to do. Mamo and i were saying it was the first time we've walked outta a lecture feeling relaxed and looking forward to the next class. If you wanna know what class it was..ASK ME!

I cant wait for next week! Its probably the only subject this semester i wouldnt want to drop! haha.

Straight after class, we lined up to get into happy hr! Gosh, there were big crowds turning up by that time. Ppl were squashed against each other shoving and etc. I had NO personal space..AND had accumulated body smells rubbed against me. Not attractive at all.

Pat, Ryan, Ken and Kevin were heading in at the same time as us as well..so we didnt have to look for anybody! Overall.. it was an ok crowd...crap music and well.. same old stuff! I think Anamur, Hoa and Nick were off their heads. But then.. whats new? Oh..other than the fact Anamur was wearing a Cyber sex shirt! Hmmz..

Today
Was my day off from uni! Got woken up by my bratty sister who insisted we walk to the rorted store to check out their jeans. Mind you, this store is in the middle of nowhere. It took us probably an 1/2hr walk.. in the blistering heat. We were dripping with sweat by the time we got there...and to make matters worse..there was nothing there worth buying! Great work An! *argh*

So since we were halfway to B. anyways, we worked to the shops. Once we got there i insisted on the need to wash my face and buy a drink. Thank goodness for the air conditioning there. I went into Woolworths and walked near the frozen goods section. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh.............

In the end, i managed to buy 4 cd wallets and An got some hair dye and a net for her fish! On the way home, we decided to indulge and brought ice cream to eat on the way home. So glad i'm at home now and not in that heat anymore!

Anyways, Wills coming over later to have dinner at my place..and then were going to watch Final Destination 2. Hope its good..cos i've never seen the first one! Have a fun nite guys! See yas at Mamos' 2moro! Bye!
