Last nite was the CONCERT OF STARS!

Well..thats what i'm gonna name it cos it was amazing! There was pure talent being displayed there! I think i'll speak on everyones behalf by saying we were blown away! It was a fantastic nite despite the odd sprinkle from the weather man and a bee getting attracted to the yellow jacket i borrowed off Mamo! haha.

As soon as Will and i arrived to the scene, there was already a small audience gathered to listen to Wicker and Mamo warm up! Soon after everyone else arrived and we dug into the feast arrayed for us! Sausages, bread, an amazing potato salad (made by Mamos sis..mmmm!), pasta salad (that i requested), beans, pineapple and drinks galore! Most of us all went for seconds too! The potato salad went like hot cakes! We had to ration the last of it between the rest of us!

So unfortunately for everyone who came late.. u snooze u lose! :P Mindy came late.. cos she got lost! Haha.. oh whatta mindy!

Finally the true celebrations began! We all gathered our chairs in front of the "stage" under the stars Luckily for me, i remembered to bring insect repellant... so we didnt all get attacked by mosquitoes! Andrew for some reason didnt spray anything nor did he wear a jacket at that! He wasnt even bitten once! I cant believe it! I reckon it mite have been because he was sitting between ppl who were sprayed and covered up! lol. After all that tho, i got biten 2x! Once on my ankle and the second above my lip! I wanted to scratch soo badly! But Mindy stopped me! :P

I spent most of the nite alternating between Wills and Mindys laps! There wasnt enough chairs..so i volunteered myself! lol.

The boys showed their true colours that night with an array of classics and anthems known by all!! The boys were: Mamo, Paul, Phil, Wicka, and Mahar. They were stars for the nite! Most of us couldnt help bopping or tapping our feet to the beat! Truly amazing! Thanks for a great nite guys! We all wished it never ended! I wanted to hear Adrienne! :P We were all expecting to hear a few Avril songs as well.. but it never came! Maybe next time, yeh? :)

After the star dazzling display of talent, we sang a happy birthday to Phil and Paul who both recently turned 20! Even tho i dont know them.. happy birthday!

Today

This morning i woke up at 12pm! I had strange dreams too! I woke up and dreamt that there was a snake and goanna in my bathroom crawling thru the drains and stuff.. it was sooo gross! I dont think i like reptiles! Ick! Anyways, its been a dull morning.. just printing out some lecture slides.. and organising all my notes so far! I havent done anything practical otherwise! As soon as i get my textbook for CMS i'll get started on that! Which will mean doing it at the last minute Monday nite! haha.

Oh..i finished LOTR TT last nite! Finally! The ending was exciting too..so i started Return of the King last nite as well! I cant wait to finish the series! 2nite tho..i'll be watching Entrapment or Shanghai Noon! :)
