Hey everyone..once again i dont have much time to blog these days..too tired after work..i'm such a whinge..everythings work work work..but its true..It takes up alot of my time and energy..i cant be bothered doing crap all after i come back from it..today was a shocker too..HOT HOT HOT! Damn dressy shoes...so weird working in them up and down the hills near me..give me my runners anyday.. only good thing is that its cool on the feet!

Ok, i havent done anything special..but there is an account of the weekend..

Saturday
Will and i decided to hit the beach. Wait...correction..i decided i wanted to hit the beach..and Will drove me there..like the good boyfriend he is! :P We went to Cronulla beach. That was the first time either of us has been there..so it was quite the exploration. The trip wouldnt have taken us more than 40mins if we knew the way...only we didnt..we took a few wrong turns..all under my navigation..haha. It was the perfect weather for the beach..the beach on the other hand wasnt soo perfect. Turns out we were at South Cronulla. It was more of a boating and fishing hole than a beach. The water was sooooooo shallow. As in around the ankle deep for at last HALF the beach. You couldnt swim in it. It was more like lying in the sand and water. Calming at least..

We noticed heaps of marine life there though. There was fishs, squids and STARFISHES! We noticed two..we spent the first half of the day trying to catch fish in our hands..and the other half gazing and starfishes and trying to swim.. trust me..it didnt work! I couldnt even move my arms without hitting the sand! lol

By 3-ish we sunbaked a little before Will decided he was "cooking" and wanted to leave. I didnt get much of a tan..but i went a LITTLE bit darker.

After the beach, we went back to my house to shower.. not before getting 3 missed calls from Mamo though. He wanted to head up to Cronulla as well...but we were already there...and on the way back by that time. Ah wellz, maybe next time!

We bummed for a bit at my place and decided we wanted to watch 8 Miles..so we headed to Auburn Reading Cinemas.. we brought our tickets..but then realised that the airconditioning was out in there. Imagine a room full of ppl with 40 degree heat. They said it was 41 degrees! Shocking.. i certainly wasnt going to pay to watch a movie in the heat.. no thanks!

So we went and got a refund! We went the only ones...*phew*.. so it was back to the drawing board..what to do..what to do! We thought about putt putt golf..but then bailed. Everyone decided it was just toooooooo hot!
Back to my place again.. ended up watching a bit of tv..and then The patriot on my comp! Not a bad movie.. Will reckons its fab though..so more a guys flick i reckon!

Sunday
I got my first sleep in of the week! Bummed round at home..working on my new layout! Once i figure out some of my layering problems it'll be up! Its probably not going to be up very long though..cos theres another layout in the making too.. thanks tsunami! :P

That night, we went to Charcoal Mine Korean BBQ.. it was all you can eat! Gosh..welcome to the land of fatdom! It was nice to see everyone again..didnt realise how long its truly been! Saw Mindy.. who finally came back! The straightened hair looks fab! :)

Saw Lish, Liv, Lowell (the 3 L's), Mel, Ed, Amy, Phil, Mamo, Andrea, Xerxes, Alan and a few of their friends.. quite a big grp we were! The food was ok.. not a big fan of ALL that meat though..poor Lish had to sick to the limited amount of seafood available..!

My hair and clothes stank after..all that fat spitting around..urgh! I went home and showered away like crazy! All in all...a nice nite out..the boys were taking AGES to finish eating though.. we went the last ones out i think! Poor Lowell had to sit with the girls.. so although he got his food cooked for him..i'm not sure he was very full... ah wellz! haha
